Pastor Bob's Story
A Ministry Like No Other
Christians Life Events Ministries is a church without walls striving to provide “second mile service”(Matthew 5:41). Through dignified and compassionate service, we have helped thousands of family’s celebrate life’s milestones. Consistency has gained us a reputation of reliability as we’ve never missed or been late to a single event. We strive to be more than a service provider, we are a Ministry that cares. Throughout the years we stayed committed to helping the community through support, visits, religious consultation, guidance and coaching.
2010 Blizzard Wedding
The weekend of February 5 – 7, 2010 will never be forgotten in Baltimore with 20 – 40 inches of snow falling through out the state. The post office did not deliver mail, church services were cancelled and just about everything was closed and cancelled that is except for a wedding at the Vandiver Inn in Harve de Grace that Christian Life Events refused to miss.
Tomb Of The Unknown Solider
Pastor Bob Tousey, a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, was honored to offer the invocation at the 100th anniversary of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington National Cemetery. This monument commemorates the memory of unknown soldiers who died in service to their country and is guarded by the US Army’s 3rd Infantry Regiment. His words were a fitting tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice, and his selection was a recognition of his contributions to the Christian community.
Governors Commission on Suicide Prevention
Bob Tousey is a Pastor who cares, so when he was presented citations at the last meeting he chaired of the Governor’s Commission on Suicide Prevention, he was happy to know he’s making a difference. In addition, to his work with suicide prevention, Bob has over 30 years in recovery from alcohol issues and has used this experience to coach others facing similar struggles.
Wheelchair Wedding
Pastor Bob wouldn’t miss an event for the world. A case of his reliability was when he was just week out of shock trauma and struggled to move around, but was blessed to be able to do an entire ceremony from his wheelchair.
